1. Who we are

This site is operated by Livewell Group Ltd. (travel agency licence 837500, Travel Quality Assurance Association member Taipei 2511, company registration 83798967). We are the data collector under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act.

We are travel advisors. We help you compare and plan voyages, and we deal with cruise lines and other suppliers on your behalf. This is not the official website of any cruise line.

2. What we collect

The short enquiry form on most pages: name and email address.

The full form on the consultation page: name and preferred form of address, email, phone with country code, LINE ID, preferred contact method and language, type of travel, destination preferences, intended departure window, party size, budget per person, what matters most to you, what you tell us about the trip you want, and the voyage you are enquiring about.

While you browse: which pages you viewed, how long you stayed, where you arrived from and left, device and browser type, approximate region, and an identifier stored in a cookie. This category does not include your name or contact details unless you fill in a form.

We do not collect card numbers, passport numbers or other identity documents on this site. This site has no checkout.

3. Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, arrange for an advisor to contact you, compare voyages and fares for you, and confirm cabins, prices and amenities with suppliers on your behalf.

Browsing data is used to understand which content is useful, improve the site, and run and measure advertising.

After your trip, we may send you one short survey about your journey. You're welcome to ignore it, or ask us not to send you surveys again.

4. Who receives it, where it is held, how long we keep it

Where it is necessary to serve you, we pass the details a reservation requires to the cruise line, hotel or local supplier you have chosen or that we are enquiring with for you. Who that is depends on the itinerary you choose, and they may be outside Taiwan, for instance in the cruise line's home country. We do not sell or trade your contact details to other companies for marketing.

Third-party services we use: Google Analytics and Google Ads (analytics and advertising, Google LLC), Meta Pixel (advertising measurement, Meta Platforms), LINE Tag (advertising measurement, LY Corporation), Resend (delivering your submitted form to our inbox, Resend Inc.), and Google Firebase Hosting. Their servers are in the United States and other locations outside Taiwan.

What you submit is emailed to our team inbox, and a confirmation is emailed to you.

Retention: after our dealings with you end, we keep what law requires and what continuing service reasonably needs. You can ask us to delete it at any time — see the next section.

Our cruise comparison site (cruise.livewellgroup.com.tw) is run by the same company. Once you follow the booking button through to it, that site has its own booking flow and its own handling of your data.

5. Your rights

Under Article 3 of Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may, at any time, ask us to: confirm and give you access to the personal data we hold about you, provide a copy, supplement or correct it, stop collecting, processing or using it, and delete it.

Exercising these rights is free and does not affect work we have already done for you. Contact us using section 7 below.

Advertising and analytics cookies can also be cleared or blocked in your browser, and Google and Meta each offer their own settings for turning off personalised advertising.

6. What happens if you do not provide it

Filling in a form is entirely your choice. But without a name and contact details we cannot reply to you, or make enquiries with suppliers for you. The other fields — budget, party size, preferences — are optional; leaving them out only makes our first reply more general.
